We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, update formulas, change packaging, or refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.

 

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

 

Prices, promotions, shipping charges, and product availability may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase will apply to your order.

 

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees will be shown during checkout.

 

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order due to product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable business concerns.

 

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

 

Shipping

Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information.

 

Estimated shipping and delivery times are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, supply issues, or circumstances outside our control.

 

Federal rules require online sellers to ship within the time stated or, when no time is stated, generally within 30 days. Sellers must provide appropriate delay or refund options when required.

Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Orders

Because body and beard oils are personal-care products, opened or used products generally cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Please contact seasonsandsagenh@gmail.com within [7] days of delivery regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error.

 

Add your final return rules to a separate Shipping & Returns Policy and make them visible before checkout.

 

Product Use and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, ingredient information, directions, and warnings before use.
